It was exactly like the photos online. It was no fluff simple but clean. It was close enough to Carlsbad Caverns that we could get up and drive there in the morning. The first morning we stayed we were offered homemade breakfast burritos. We had a lovely chat with the owner who was very friendly.

Great value. Clean room. Very friendly staff and complimentary breakfast. Despite the small room size, we were able to find room to open our two large suitcases. We just needed a place to sleep for the night and were happy with the TV and small refrigerator. It was nice to have our car parked close by.

Nice room, it was clean and didn’t smell like smoke. They also had surveillance, so I felt safe as a solo female. Has a decent size mini fridge, microwave and good lighting. They were also very courteous about me working nights. It was a quiet area.

I thought breakfast was great and I brought some on my hikes as well! The restroom was very clean with nice towels. The bed was also very comfy as well, so overall, a great stay for the price! The room also provided lots of storage space.

The location was ideal for visiting the caverns. It’s true that people make a place. Karl and Bani were the most wonderful, welcoming and helpful hosts we have encountered. We had trouble with our hire car and they spent many hours of their time helping us to resolve the issues. Without their help we would’ve been stuck. Breakfast of cereal and burritos was excellent.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Went above and beyond to accommodate me, and I’m quite grateful. I also enjoyed the trailer-like room designs. Having lived in a trailer park myself, it’s very nostalgic.

It is surprisingly VERY clean. I read this in the reviews but was even more surprised to see it in person. The set up has everything - bed, AC unit/heater, closet, fridge, microwave, desk, chairs, sink, restroom with shower. What was said about the breakfast burrito is true. Get it! I didn’t have salsa and thought it was tasty.

I LOVED this place. It is family owned and they waited until I got there because I arrived late as a solo female traveler. They also were very accomodating on check out and helped me move my stay by a day because of weather. The room was perfect - everything you need in an efficient space with nice size bathroom and shower as well. Great location for National Parks. The burrito in the morning was SO much better than the carb fix garbage you get at a chain. And finally it was a great value. I would def stay again and wish every road side inn was this clean.

The owners are so amazingly kind and welcoming! The breakfast spread was great, and the rooms were also comfortable and just right for us two travellers. I really appreciate the owners' hospitality and really had a great time staying here!

The price and location was superb. The employees we dealt with cheerful and helpful. The rooms were small (by design to keep the price down), but cleverly designed to maximize space. The breakfast burritos were excellent!
